Destinee is a client centered therapist that has a passion for substance abuse treatment. She has experience working with diverse populations and cultures over the years. Her experience includes Intensive In-Home Family Therapy, Residential, and Detox. She received her bachelor’s of Criminal Justice and Pre-Law at Anna Maria College, and her master’s in Social Work at Simmons University. Destinee has a passion for creating and implementing narrative-based group therapy as well as assisting the client’s in finding their own path to a healthy and happy life. She believes recovery is a multifaceted process that encompasses the mind, body, and soul.

During her free time, Destinee mentors’ two teenage girls and is their cheerleader at their basketball games. She also enjoys writing poetry, spending time with her dog Dixie Mae, partner, and her family.
